My name is Chelsea Marie Hicks and I’m an educator and coach at Cairo American College.

My passion lies in developing communication, self-management, and thinking skills of others to assist them in building and sustaining a better quality of life.

Currently, I live and work in Cairo, Egypt where my primary focus is on enriching the hearts and minds of curious young thinkers by  inspiring a passion for learning and creation, maintaining high expectations with care, and delivering rigorous, targeted instruction.

Outside of the classroom, I spend my time sipping on black coffee, learning coding languages (primarily Javascript and Ruby), long-distance running, and taking action to improve my community and the world through sustainable development practices.
